Gas Station Clerk Puts Out Customer's Cigarette For Him
October 9th, 2017
If you still smoke while you're pumping gas, you're asking for trouble. Not to mention all the people around you who probably aren't that thrilled with your choices. In this day and age, we all know exactly how dangerous this can be and that you should probably just wait the five minutes until you're back in the car and on your way. And this gas station clerk in Bulgaria was no different when it comes to that opinion. He tried to stop a customer from smoking a cigarette while refueling his car. But after a few brief words, you can see on security footage that the clerk wasn't getting through to him and decided to take things into his own hands.
Is it possible that the clerk was overreacting? Yeah, maybe. But at the same time, you could make the argument that he was just doing his job and protecting the lives of others.
And according to Jalopnik who reported via Zapernik, the police have opened an investigation into the incident. So what side are you on? The team for public safety and courtesy of others or are you more for each person doing what they want and living with the results of their actions? Let us know in the comments.
