One Cool Custom Caddy With A Crazy Color!

Cool Custom Caddy! – 2016 PowerNation Week #24

This week on PowerNation check out the latest creation from Chris Ryan of Ryan’s Rods & Kustom! It’s one incredible, gorgeous restored 1953 Cadillac in, without a doubt, one of THE most unusual colors we’ve ever seen come out of his shop! The car is called “Heavy Metal” and in a one year build they nosed, decked and shaved the Caddy, then dropped in a 500 horse LS7 for good measure. The front bumper alone takes 4 guys and a crane to hang! Chris wanted to venture out of the box on the paint color and picked PPG “Punaluu Stone”, a gray color unlike any he has ever used. The beautiful interior was done by Chuck and Darryl at Hot Rod Interiors and just pops with that “Redwood” color leather, plus features an instrument cluster from a ’48 Caddy and a hand-formed center console. It rolls on custom Curtis Speed 20″ wheels with faux whitewalls. That’s what’s on PowerNation this week along with 4 episodes of tech from our shops. For more visit www.RyansRodandKustom.com
