Miami Vice Boat Is For Sale For $20M, Seller Throwing In Daytona Spyder Replica For Free

The real deal film boat from the ’80s television show Miami Vice, the 38-foot Wellcraft Scarab KV is now for sale on eBay. Those who were a fan of the show (and have deep pockets) may now own the boat from their ’80s childhood and relive the good old days like detective Sonny Crocket. Of course, it’s not cheap. The boat listing is currently on eBay with a Buy-It-Now price of $20 million. A Ferrari Daytona replica – the last one built for the show – will be thrown in for free for the person who buys the boat.

Yes, you get this car if you purchase the boat. The car is not a real Ferrari Daytona, but a replica built on a C3 Chevy Corvette. A real Ferarri Daytona Spyder could easily grab $1 million by itself, but this is a replica that was built specifically for the show.

This real deal Miami Vice film boat is a Wellcraft Scarab 38 KV that features two Mercury engines. Actor Don Johnson also had a big say in how the boat looked according to current owner and fan of the show, David Martino.

“It is hard to put a value on such an iconic collector’s piece,” Martino said. “I view this as priceless and irreplaceable. It’s unique, and highly collectible, a true masterpiece. It’s definitely a Picasso of boats, so we’ve priced it at $20 million on eBay.”
