Being a good driver is always a good thing. But if you’re just not a strong driver, you need to be sure to pay extra attention to your surroundings. And while the driver of this Lexus RX was anything but focused, they luckily paid enough attention to their surroundings to avoid not one, but TWO accidents. As they run a red light at an intersection, nearly t-boning another car at an intersection they decide to back up almost hitting a pedestrian who was walking at the crossing.

And it’s not only important for drivers to pay attention. Luckily, this pedestrian wasn’t looking at their phone or texting like so many of us are. If they were, this might have been a very different scenario for them.
