Man finds stolen tools at neighbor’s house after tornado

After a tornado hit Kingsport, Tennessee, a man noticed that his neighbor’s home was nearly destroyed. But when he ran over to help, he noticed several familiar items at his neighbor’s house, such as his air compressor, welder and a variety of other tools.

The neighbor was arrested, but he didn’t go easily. The neighbor threatened a police officer, as well as the officer’s mother. The man is facing charges of burglar, theft of property and threats to an officer.
