Emergency Car Exhaust Fix Using A Soda Can and Some Wire

There are a lot of DIY easy fixes for your car out there and why not? It’s usually WAY cheaper and easier than taking it somewhere to get it fixed, especially if you’re in a hurry or running low on money. There are so many easy “life hacks” out there for automobile repair, it’s awesome! Sometimes though you gotta do what you gotta do to get by when you’re in a tough spot, and this temporary exhaust fix is a perfect example.

In the unfortunate event that there is a hole in your exhaust pipe, it would cause unnecessary noise that would definitely need to be fixed ASAP. However, as the guy in this video explains, sometimes you’re not in a position to get it fixed ASAP and need a temporary fix. He came up with the creative idea of using a soda can and some wire from a coat hanger or other wire source. Wrapping the can around the hole on the exhaust pipe and securing it with the metal wires temporary solved the problem until it could be repaired as soon as possible! What an innovative and creative fix that’s super cheap! What do you think about it?
