Domino’s Pizza Teamed Up With Ford To Create A Self-Driving Pizza Delivery Car

In an age where autonomous cars are becoming more and more prevalent, it’s no wonder that many food companies are now teaming up with car companies to create autonomous food delivery vehicles. It makes sense that many corporations want to make a lot of service jobs robotic to save money but that’s a highly controversial topic because it’s eliminating the need for certain jobs. For as long as many can remember, pizza delivery always involved having someone walk up to your door to delivery you your pizza but with autonomous cars, that day may soon be gone!

Domino’s has announced that it’s teamed up with Ford to create the worlds first self-driving pizza delivery car. It’s actually a really neat looking Ford with all kinds of high tech sensors on it. Obviously this is still in research and development, but it’s not far-fetched to say that autonomous pizza delivery services will be the future. Actually everything will probably be autonomous, especially with drone delivery services becoming popular as well.
