The First Tesla Fatality In Autonomous Mode Has Occurred

The first fatality involving a self-driving car – in self-driving mode – has occurred. Joshua Brown of Ohio passed away when his Tesla’s cameras failed to differentiate the side or a white tractor-trailer turning left from a bright sky.
