Steve McQueen’s Granddaughter Unveiled The 2019 Mustang Bullitt

There was much speculation if the new Mustang Bullitt would be debuted at this year’s Detroit Auto Show. It was, and not by just anybody! Steve McQueen’s granddaughter, Molly McQueen, was also in the original film and is featured in the clip above.

The new Bullitt is based on the 2018 Mustang GT and has the same Dark Highland Green paint color as the original car, but will also be offered in Black. It shares the same 5.0-liter V8 but is tuned to put out at least 475 horsepower, according to Motor1. It’s equipped with chrome accents, an active exhaust upgrade, 19” aluminum wheels and an exclusive steering wheel complete with the Bullitt logo. Buyers can also choose to add black Recaro leather-trimmed seats, MagneRide suspension and the Bullitt Electronics Package, which includes navigation, memory settings for the seats and mirrors, upgraded audio system and Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert. Ford says the 2019 Mustang Bullitt will be available this summer, are you lining up for one?
