Rare Marmon Model L Found After 50 Years!

A rare and probably un-heard of car was recently found in Illinois after sitting in storage more than 50 years. The 1927 Marmon Model L that was recovered may be the only one left in existence. If you haven’t heard of the brand, Marmon Motor Car Company was an independent company back in the 1920s.

The company faded during the great depression and no other cars were produced, which is why this only two-door Model L is so rare. It was owned by Marmon enthusiast Kent Cherpeske but after he passed away this year, his brother discovered it and contacted the Marmon Owner’s Cub who will take and restore it.
