This Electric Corvette Is Breaking World Records
The Chevy Corvette is one of the most iconic American sports cars and has held a lot of titles and records over time. It’s also one of the most old-school cars still on the market today, but a company called Genovation thinks it can change all that with their electric conversions, according to Road ant Track.
Last year, Genovation set an electric car top speed record with a C6 Corvette that reached 205 mph. Now though, Genovation is back to break that record in the standing mile. In July they broke the record with a speed o 189.5 mph but they thought they could do better. They headed to a closed off straight tarmac and were able to hit 190.4 mph, breaking their previous speed and setting a new world record.
