Jerry Seinfeld Is Being Sued Over 'Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee'
February 16th, 2018
Jerry Seinfeld’s latest project Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee has taken off but is now under fire. The show is a basic concept of funny people getting together over coffee and a cool car. But Seinfeld is now being sued with claims that the idea wasn’t his.
Speed Society reports that actor Christian Charles says he pitched the show to Seinfeld in 2002 and now wants his cut. After getting together and even making a pilot, Charles says Seinfeld wasn’t interested. But years later, the show is now produced without Charles and has become a hit and makes Seinfeld about $750,000 an episode! Seinfeld’s attorney says the lawsuit is ridiculous and Seinfeld came up with the show on his own.
These guys make the horsepower happen! And we love it.
Gannon takes you inside Boost Addicts. You might remember this Madison, Tennessee performance shop that was a competitor in last years BBQ & Burnouts show. Gannon will talk to owner David Hines about how much growth they’ve seen in just three and a half years and take you around this diesel truck and high-performance shop. They specialize in LS performance, LS tuning and resto-mod service and it’s not uncommon to see a two thousand horsepower vehicle leave their shop!
