Naming kids with automotive-related names isn’t a completely new concept. There are plenty of Ford’s and Lexus’ out there. But with new automakers popping up brings new baby names. And among the most popular is now Tesla. And even Elon, according to the SSA.

Data released by the United States Social Security Administration reports that 109 parents in the U.S. named their child “Tesla” in 2018. A total of 102 girls and 7 boys are out there with the name. Oddly enough, 2018 wasn’t even the most popular year for children to be named after the automaker. In 2017 143 children were birthed with that name.

And it doesn’t stop there. There were also 222 children named after Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk.
