Watch Brand New McLaren 765LT Go Up In Flames At Gas Pump
It’s sad to see any car destroyed, let alone a brand new one. This $560,00 McLaren 765LT had only 100 miles on it when it burned to the ground at a WaWa gas station in Pennsylvania.
The Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department responded to the call when they found the McLaren engulfed in flames that had also spread to the nearby pump.
It took fire crews almost 2 hours to get the fire under control. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first McLaren to go up in flames. The automaker has recalled 2,800 cars for a foam pad under the fuel tank that can get wet and corrode the fuel tank. However, the 765LT is not on that list.
Miraculously, there were no injuries reported from this accident. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
