Ford Is Killing The Fusion Sport To Make Room For High Performance SUVs



The Blue Oval has announced it is discontinuing its last sports sedan as the automaker continues shifting production toward trucks and SUVS.

The Fusion Sport is the next model that will be eliminated from the lineup in 2020, not long after the Taurus was cut. The 325 HP Sport is the only Fusion powered by a V6 engine and was introduced in the 2017 model year. Taking its place in the high-performance lineup is the upcoming Explorer ST and recently introduced Edge ST.
