Enraged School Bus Driver Abandons Them At Gas Station After Giving Them The Finger

Talk about driving someone to the edge. A school bus driver has been charged with 26 counts of endangering the welfare of children and one count of DUI after reports say she left kids stranded at a gas station.

News Channel WFMZ repors that Lori Ann Mankos was taken into custody after driving a bus erratically while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

Northampton Area School District middle school and high school students got on the bus Friday afternoon shortly before 3. While originally, Mankos was going along the bus route, she pulled into a Sunoco gas station after some kind of disturbance on the bus. Mankos then parked the bus, got out and walked away around to hand the bus keys to a Sunoco employee before leaving. She reportedly also flipped off the students and told them to “go f**k themselves.”

Parents were called to pick up their kids at the Sunoco while the rest of the kids were taken home by another bus driver. Thankfully, none of the kids were harmed but man, that is one crazy day on the job.
