Cops use Donald Duck costume as a decoy to give tickets
Police in one New Jersey town had an officer dressed up as Donald Duck on Halloween in an effort to crack down on motorists not stopping for pedestrians.
As the undercover officer tried to cross the road, many motorists are seen trying to avoid the duck, but no one really stopped to let the cop cross.
Officers were on standby to write $230 tickets to motorists who didn't yield to the costumed cop.
