Possibly The World’s Smallest Food Truck

You hear the term “food truck” and you usually think box truck or some type of van. But this unconventional “food truck” might be the coolest. There are no limits to what can be done or rules as to what constitutes a “food truck” so why not dream big? Coffee lovers can now have their coffee literally “to go”.

Matthew Pendleton thought outside the box and started up a mobile coffee bar out of his Volkswagen Beetle in Denver and it’s called On The Road Coffee Company. This is one of the most cost efficient ideas out there, so hats off to you, Matthew. As strange as it might seem, the 1968 Volkswagen Beetle is spacious enough to work out of. The right rear window has been turned into a counter and the shop serves cold-brewed coffee, pour-overs, and espresso. It’s not exactly your nearest Starbucks but it’s definitely a one-of-a-kind and proves you don’t need anything fancy! Would you like to see it come to a city near you?

This is hands down one of the coolest things we’ve seen. Have a unique vehicle or concept you think needs to be shared? Send it to us and it may make it on PowerNation Daily.
