New Mid-Engine C8 Corvette Delayed 6 Months Due To Electrical Issue

The all-new mid-engine C8 Chevrolet Corvette is standing up a date with the 2019 North American International Auto Show next month due to previously unforeseen electrical issues. It’s not you, it’s me.

According to GM Authority, “The vehicle’s electrical system can’t carry the load necessary to support the necessary components.” Obviously, these issues will need to be resolved before they release it to the public. There likely won’t be a peep about it at the Detroit Auto Show this coming January. The car seems impressive, so we can’t wait to see when it does make its official debut.
