(NARRATOR)>> TODAY ON DETROIT MUSCLE CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY FOR THE BOYS AS THE ENGINE ARRIVES FOR "PROJECT HARD CHARGER". WE'LL LOOK TO IMPROVE THE HANDLING AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS OLD MUSCLE CAR WITH NEW SUSPENSION. THEN THE GUYS WILL HIT THE ROAD ON A DRIVEWAY RESCUE TO GET AN OLD CLASSIC BACK ON THE STREET.

(TOMMY)>> HEY Y'ALL, WELCOME TO DETROIT MUSCLE. NOW A FEW SHOWS AGO WE HAD JOHN FROM MECUM AUCTIONS IN OUR SHOP AND WE WERE DISCUSSING WHAT KIND OF POWER PLANT WE WERE GONNA PUT IN OUR '69 DODGE CHARGER. WELL WE FINALLY MADE A DECISION. CAN YOU GUYS GUESS WHAT IT IS? LET'S GET THIS THING IN THE SHOP SO YOU ALL CAN CHECK IT OUT.

[ engine revving ]

(TOMMY)>> IN 2015 DODGE DROPPED A NUKE ON THE MUSCLE CAR WORLD WITH THE BRUTAL NEW HELLCAT PROGRAM. INITIALLY AVAILABLE IN CHARGER AND CHALLENGER MODELS, THIS SUPERCHARGED BEAST REALLY UPPED THE ANTE. THERE'S NO DENYING THAT THE HELLCAT LINE, WHETHER IT BE A CHARGER OR A CHALLENGER, IS A SUBSTANTIAL RIDE, AND DODGE KNOWING THAT, WELL THEY'RE NOW OFFERING THE POWER PLANT THAT WOULD COME IN ONE OF THOSE AS A CRATE ENGINE, AND THEY'RE CALLING IT "THE HELLCRATE". NOW FROM THE BEGINNING WHENEVER WE WERE PUTTING TOGETHER OUR OLD '69 CHARGER WE HAD KICKED AROUND THE IDEA ABOUT INSTALLING A LATE MODEL HEMI INTO IT, AND WITH THIS OPTION NOW BEING ON THE MARKET, WELL I GUESS YOU COULD SAY THAT DECISION WAS PRETTY EASY. SO WE'RE GONNA BE INSTALLING THIS 707 HORSEPOWER SUPERCHARGED HEMI INTO THAT '69 CHARGER.

(MARC)>> NOW YOU PROBABLY REMEMBER THIS THING. THIS IS THE FOUR SPEED THAT CAME OUT OF OUR '69 DODGE CHARGER. IT HAD THE 440 IN FRONT OF IT WHEN WE GOT THE CAR. WE REBUILT THIS THING BUT IT'S STILL NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE AMOUNT OF POWER THAT THAT HELLCAT ENGINE'S GONNA PUT OUT. BESIDES WE WANT AN OVERDRIVE ANYWAY. WELL THANKFULLY MOPAR DOESN'T JUST MAKE THAT ENGINE. THEY'VE GOT A BUNCH OF OTHER COMPONENTS TO SUPPORT IT, LIKE A TRANSMISSION. NOW THIS IS ACTUALLY THE SIX SPEED THAT COMES FROM THE FACTORY IN THE SIX SPEED CHALLENGERS AND VIPERS, KNOWN AS THE TR-60-60, BUT IN THE AFTERMARKET THEY CALL IT THE T-56 MAGNUM. IT'S GOT SIX FORWARD GEARS, TWO OVERDRIVES, AND IT CAN HANDLE 700 POUND FEET OF TORQUE.

OF COURSE MOPAR SENT US A BUNCH OF STUFF TO GET THIS THING WORKING. WE NEED A BELL HOUSING AND THE BELL HOUSING BOLTS. THIS BLOCK PLATE, TRANSMISSION MOUNT. THIS IS THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER, WHICH SENDS FLUID TO THIS STEEL BRAIDED LINE HERE, AND THAT SENDS FLUID TO THIS HYDRAULIC RELEASE BEARING. OF COURSE IT COMES WITH THIS LITTLE HARNESS HERE FOR THE TRANSMISSION CAUSE THESE MODERN TRANSMISSIONS HAVE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS THAT NEED TO TIE INTO OUR MAIN HARNESS. WITH THE RELEASE BEARING SLIPPED INTO PLACE WE'LL DAB SOME PERMATEX THREAD LOCKER ON THE BOLTS AND GET THAT PUPPY CINCHED DOWN.

THESE BOLTS GET TORQUED TO 20 POUNDS.

NEXT UP IS THE ALUMINUM BELL HOUSING, WHICH IS PART OF THE TRANSMISSION KIT FROM MOPAR. IT COMES WITH ALL THE NECESSARY BOLTS, WHICH WE'LL SNUG DOWN BEFORE WE TORQUE THEM TO 32 FOOT POUNDS.

(TOMMY)>> THEN IT'S TIME TO STICK THAT SUCKER ON A JACK AND GET IT MARRIED TO THAT BIG OLE HELLCAT ENGINE.

WE'LL GET IT LINED UP AND INSTALL THE BLOCK PLATE.

THEN GET THEM BOLTED TOGETHER. 32 FOOT POUNDS AND WE'RE GOOD TO GO.

HEY Y'ALL, WE HAD SOME VIEWERS CONTACT US LOOKING FOR SOME INFORMATION ON SOME BASIC SHEET METAL FAB. SO WE'RE GONNA SLOW DOWN A BIT AND DO A LITTLE BIT OF A HOW TO. NOW IF YOU'RE GONNA BE DOING ANY SHEET METAL FAB TO AMOUNT TO ANYTHING THERE'S TWO ITEMS THAT YOU'RE GONNA WANT TO HAVE IN THE SHOP, AND THAT IS A SHEET METAL BREAK AND A STOMP SHEAR. NOW THEY MAKE THESE THINGS A WHOLE BUNCH OF DIFFERENT SIZES WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS. WE'RE NOT REALLY GONNA GET INTO A WHOLE BUNCH OF THAT, BUT LET'S GO AHEAD AND GET STARTED. WELL I GRABBED US SOME METAL OUT OF THE SCRAP BIN SO THAT WE CAN DO THIS LITTLE DEMONSTRATION. NOW OFTEN TIMES WHENEVER YOU'RE GONNA DO SOME SHEET METAL WORK YOU'VE GOT YOUR GO TO TOOLS. YOU'VE GOT TIN SNIPS, STOMP SHEAR, AND SAY A PLASMA CUTTER. NOW ALL THESE TOOLS HAVE THEIR BENEFITS BUT THEY HAVE THEIR DRAWBACKS AS WELL. WITH A PLASMA CUTTER, DEPENDING ON YOUR SKILL SET, WELL IT'S HARD TO GET A NICE, STRAIGHT CUT. AND ALSO WITH THE PLASMA TORCH IT LEAVES THIS SLAG. NOW WITH A STOMP SHEAR IT GIVES YOU THAT LASER STRAIGHT EDGE WITHOUT ALL THE GRINDING.

NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. WE'VE GOT TO CUT THESE OTHER ENDS OFF SO WE CAN MOVE ON.

WELL WE GOT OUR METAL ALL SQUARED UP AND WHAT WE'RE GONNA BE MAKING IS A SIMPLE BOX. I'VE GOT TO DRAW A FEW LINES ON HERE AND THEN TRIM OFF THE CORNERS. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

NOW WE'RE GONNA PUT THIS HERE IN THE JAWS SO THAT I CAN CUT THEM CORNERS OFF.

WITH ALL THE CORNERS CUT NOW WE CAN GET TO BENDING. THAT'S REAL SIMPLE. WE'RE JUST GONNA LAY THIS LINE UP IN HERE IN THIS CORNER, BEND IT AROUND.

ALL RIGHT, NOW WE'RE READY TO BEND UP THESE LITTLE SHORT FLAPS, AND WE CAN'T REALLY JUST STICK IT HERE IN THE BREAK BECAUSE IF WE DID ABOUT ALL WE CAN GET IS ABOUT 45 DEGREES. SO WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO REMOVE SOME OF THESE TEETH TO GET US WHERE WE NEED TO GO. NOW WE NEED TO FIND A COUPLE OF TEETH THAT ARE CLOSE TO THE SAME WIDTH AS OUR METAL.

HOPE YOU LIKE IT AND ALL IT TOOK WAS A FEW TOOLS TO MAKE IT.

(NARRATOR)>> NEXT "PROJECT HARD CHARGER" GETS A FACE LIFT WITH NEW FRONT SUSPENSION THAT'LL HELP CONTAIN ALL THAT POWER FROM THAT HELLCAT ENGINE.

(TOMMY)>> HEY Y'ALL, WELCOME BACK. WE'VE GOT OUR SIX SPEED BOLTED TO OUR HELLCAT ENGINE AND WE'RE JUST ABOUT READY TO SLIDE THIS THING INTO OUR '69 DODGE CHARGER PROJECT, BUT I GUESS YOU COULD SAY WE'RE IN NEED A METRIC SHOE HORN IF YOU WILL.

(MARC)>> WELL THE METRIC SHOE HORN THAT TOMMY'S TALKING ABOUT IS THIS STUFF RIGHT HERE. WE'VE GOT A BUNCH OF STUFF FROM REILLY MOTORSPORTS, AND THE CENTER PIECE IS THIS TUBULAR KMEMBER. IT'S A MODERN DESIGN. IT BOLTS DIRECTLY IN THE FACTORY LOCATION WITH THESE HOLES RIGHT HERE. IT'S GOT PROVISIONS FOR A SWAY BAR. PROVISIONS FOR A POWER STEERING RACK, WHICH IS GREAT. GET RID OF THAT OLD STEERING BOX, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IS IT UPGRADES YOUR SUSPENSION STYLE. SHORT ARM, LONG ARM AARMS. YOU ELIMINATE THAT RADIUS ARM BUT ALSO IT'S GOT THE PROVISIONS FOR COIL OVERS SO YOU CAN ELIMINATE THOSE TORSION BARS. IT ALSO HAS THESE LITTLE BRACKETS HERE. THESE BOLT TO OUR HELLCAT MOTOR, ATTACH RIGHT HERE TO THE KMEMBER. OF COURSE REILLY MOTORSPORTS SENT US ALL THE SUPPORTING COMPONENTS AS WELL, LIKE THESE UPPER AARMS THAT COME WITH SOLID ROD ENDS. THEY'RE ADJUSTABLE AND THEY BOLT IN THE FACTORY LOCATION. IT COMES WITH THE SPINDLES AS WELL, AND THESE ARE CUSTOM BUT THEY'VE GOT MUSTANG TWO STYLE SPINDLES. SO YOU CAN PUT ON JUST ABOUT ANY BRAKE THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE. I MENTIONED RACK AND PINION STEERING EARLIER AND THIS IS IT RIGHT HERE. THIS IS A QUICK RATIO RACK WITH CUSTOM VALVING FOR THIS APPLICATION. IT'S GOT THE SOLID END HERE BUMP STEERING KIT BUILT IN, AND ALL THE JOINTS AND SHAFT TO GET IT CONNECTED TO THE FACTORY COLUMN. THE FRONT SWAY BAR'S INCH AND A QUARTER THICK AND IT'S SOLID, AND IT COMES WITH EVERYTHING TO GET IT INSTALLED, LIKE THESE END LINKS HERE AND THE MOUNTS, AND THEY'VE ALL GOT POLYURETHANE BUSHINGS BUILT IN. NOW THEY ALSO SENT US A BUNCH OF STUFF FOR THE REAR AS WELL, BUT WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO SHOW YOU THAT LATER. RIGHT NOW, AS YOU KNOW, WE'VE GOT TO GET THE OLD STUFF OUT TO GET THE NEW STUFF IN. WITH THE CAR UP ON THE LIFT WE'LL YANK OFF THE WHEELS AND TIRES. THIS OLD KMEMBER WAS GOOD BACK IN THE DAY BUT IT'S GOT TO GO TO MAKE ROOM FOR THAT NEW STUFF.

(TOMMY)>> TO INSTALL THAT KMEMBER WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO REMOVE THESE TWO BUMP STOPS. IT'S NO BIG DEAL. WE'VE GOT SIX PLUG WELDS. WE CAN DRILL THEM OUT, A LITTLE BIT OF HAMMERING, WE'LL BE GOOD TO GO.

(MARC)>> WITH THE BUMP STOP REMOVED, WE'LL GRIND THE RUST OFF THE FRAME AND WIPE IT DOWN WITH SOME DUPLICOLOR GREASE AND WAX REMOVER.

THEN MASK OFF AROUND THE FRAME AND GIVE IT TWO COATS OF DUPLICOLOR ACRYLIC ENAMEL PAINT AND PRIMER.

NOW OUR NEW RMS KMEMBER IS READY TO GO IN.

[ drill spinning ]

(TOMMY)>> NOW THE NEXT THING WE NEED TO DO IS DRILL A COUPLE OF THREEEIGHTHS HOLES ON THIS SIDE AND THE OTHER, AND THAT PRETTY MUCH DOES IT FOR THE MODIFYING ON YOUR CAR FOR THIS INSTALLATION.

JUST LIKE THAT THE KMEMBER'S IN PLACE.

YOU KNOW IF YOU'VE GOT AN OLD CADDY FROM THE EARLY '60'S FINDING REPLACEMENT COMPONENTS FOR IT CAN BE QUITE THE TASK. WELL THAT IS UNTIL NOW. ORIGINAL PARTS GROUP IS NOW OFFERING OEM SPEC REPLACEMENT COMPONENTS LIKE THESE REPLACEMENT TAIL LIGHT LENSES FOR A '61 TO '64 CADDY. EACH LENS IS INJECTION MOLDED AND FEATURES HORIZONTAL DIFFUSER LINES AND PROPERLY LOCATED MOUNTING HOLES FOR EASE OF INSTALLATION. THESE ARE GM LICENSED AND HAVE THE CORRECT GUIDE MARKINGS. CHECK OUT OPGI DOT COM FOR A FREE CATALOG.

(NARRATOR)>> TOMMY AND MARC HEAD OUT ON THE HIGHWAY LOOKING FOR ADVENTURE AND TO GET A CLASSIC BACK ON THE STREET.

(TOMMY)>> HEY GUYS, WELCOME BACK. WE'RE ON OUR WAY TO A LOCAL GUY'S HOUSE BECAUSE HE'S GOT AN OLD MUSCLE CAR AND HE NEEDS SOME HELP.

(TOMMY)>> THAT'S RIGHT, WE'RE ON OUR WAY TO PERFORM ANOTHER DRIVEWAY RESCUE, AND WE'VE GOT A VAN FULL OF PARTS FROM ROCK AUTO DOT COM TO HELP US GET THIS THING GOING.

WELL WE'RE HERE. LET'S SEE WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH.

TODAY'S PROJECT IS A 1967 CHEVELLE CONVERTIBLE.

(JACKIE)>> MY FATHER BOUGHT IT BACK IN THE LATE '70'S. HE HAD IT UNTIL '88 WHEN I BOUGHT IT FROM HIM. THEN I PAINTED IT AND REDONE IT. THEN IT GOT PARKED AGAIN A FEW YEARS AGO.

(TOMMY)>> GUYS THIS IS JACKIE SMITH AND HIS OLD CHEVELLE. IS THERE ANY PARTICULAR REASON WHY YOU TOOK IT OFF THE ROAD?

(JACKIE)>> A COUPLE OF REASONS. IT HAD CARBURETOR ISSUES. IT WAS FLOODING OUT REAL BAD, AND THE BRAKES, THEY WERE GETTING SPONGY. WHEN YOU'RE SITTING AT A RED LIGHT THEY WOULD JUST GO TO THE FLOOR, AND IT WAS GETTING SCARY TO DRIVE.

(TOMMY)>> I CAN UNDERSTAND PULLING IT OFF THE ROAD. WE'VE GOT A BUNCH OF PARTS IN THE TRUCK FROM ROCK AUTO DOT COM. SO LETS GET STARTED.

ROCK AUTO DOT COM SENT US ALL THE PARTS THAT WE'RE GONNA BE NEEDING TO WORK ON THIS OLD CHEVELLE.

WE'LL GET THE CAR ON THE JACK STANDS SO WE CAN WORK ON THE BRAKES FIRST.

(JACKIE)>> WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS ONE?

(MARC)>> WELL YOU'VE GOT SPIDERS LIVING IN THERE. WELL THE SHOES LOOK WARN TOO BUT THEY LOOK DRY. SO WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IS THIS WHEEL CYLINDER HERE, A LEAK HERE ON THE ENDS, AND THIS THING WILL BE WET. AND ALSO IF THE AXLE SEAL LEAKS IT'LL GET WET UNDER HERE, AND IF THE LEAK'S REAL BAD THERE WILL BE FLUID ALL OVER EVERYTHING.

WE'LL REMOVE THE OLD SPRINGS AND HARDWARE. THEN TAKE OFF THOSE WARN OUT BRAKE SHOES.

NOW THAT WE'VE GOT THE BRAKE SHOES OUT OF THE WAY YOU CAN SEE IT IS A LITTLE WET HERE ON THE ENDS. IT'S NOT LEAKING MUCH NOW BUT THE CAR'S BEEN PARKED FOR ABOUT NINE YEARS. IF YOU STARTED DRIVING THIS THING AND STARTED OPERATING THIS WHEEL CYLINDER IT'D PROBABLY LEAK A LOT MORE.

WELL WE GOT OUR WHEEL CYLINDER ON AND WE'RE GETTING READY TO INSTALL THE BRAKE SHOES. WE'VE GOT NEW BRAKE SHOES FROM ROCK AUTO BUT WHILE WE WERE AT IT WE WENT AHEAD AND GOT THIS HARDWARE KIT. IT SHOULD MAKE IT A LITTLE EASIER TO GO BACK TOGETHER, ONCE WE ADJUST THEM WITH THE BRAKE SPOON THAT IS. WITH THE NEW SHOES AND FRESH HARDWARE THE BRAKES SHOULD FEEL LIKE THEY DID STRAIGHT FROM THE FACTORY.

WE'RE GONNA ADD SOME ANTISEIZE TO THE HUB TO KEEP THAT NEW DRUM FROM BINDING TO IT OVER TIME. REMEMBER EARLIER I WAS TALKING ABOUT THE SPOON? WELL THAT'S THIS TOOL RIGHT HERE. IT GOES IN THAT HOLE THROUGH THE BRAKE DRUM AND CONTACTS THE ADJUSTOR. THIS IS THE OLD ONE THAT WE TOOK OFF. AND AS YOU ROLL THIS ADJUSTOR DOWNWARD IT'S GONNA UNSCREW HERE AND MAKE THIS ADJUSTOR LONGER. AS IT GETS LONGER IT'S GONNA PUSH OUT ON THOSE SHOES, AND IF YOU KEEP ADJUSTING WELL THEY'RE GONNA TOUCH THE DRUM. YOU WANT THEM TO JUST TOUCH. YOU DON'T WANT TO GO TOO FAR BECAUSE IF IT DOES IT'S GONNA DRAG EVEN WHEN YOU'RE NOT PUSHING THE PEDAL. BUT IF YOU GET IT WHERE THEY JUST TOUCH, THAT WAY WHEN YOU HIT THE PEDAL YOU GET BRAKES IMMEDIATELY, THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT.

(TOMMY)>> FOR THOSE OF YOU OUT THERE THAT HAVE GOT A LATE MODEL MUSCLE CAR WITH THE UPGRADED PERFORMANCE BRAKE PACKAGE AND YOU'RE LOOKING TO MAXIMIZE YOUR BRAKING POWER YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK OUT EBC'S BLUE STUFF BRAKE PADS. BLUE STUFF'S PADS ARE MADE OF A HIGH FRICTION SPORT/RACE MATERIAL TO GIVE YOU MORE GRIP WITH LESS DUST. THEY WORK GREAT WITH MULTIPISTON AFTERMARKET CALIPERS WITH BETTER COOLING AND RELEASE FOR LARGE ROTORS. BLUE STUFF'S PADS WORK WELL IN COLD AND HOT CONDITIONS, WHICH MAKES THEM A GOOD CHOICE FOR TRACK OR STREET USE. THE PADS ARE FACTORY HEAT SEARED, WHICH REDUCE BREAK IN TIME, AND DEEP GROOVES CATCH DIRT AND DEBRIS, WHICH ALSO IMPROVES VENTING. EBC'S BLUE STUFF BRAKE PADS REDUCE ROTOR WEAR AND EXTEND THE PAD LIFE. SO IF YOU'RE IN THE MARKET FOR SOME BRAKE PADS FOR YOUR PERFORMANCE CAR YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK OUT EBC.

(NARRATOR)>> ONCE THE BRAKES ARE DONE WE'LL MAKE THIS SMALL BLOCK SING.

(MARC)>> HEY FOLKS, WELCOME BACK. WELL WE GOT THE BRAKES DONE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CHEVELLE, AND THESE ARE THE SHOES FOR THE LEFT REAR. I'M GONNA GO AHEAD AND DO THAT. JACKIE IS GONNA UNHOOK THE OLD BRAKE LINES FROM THE MASTER CYLINDER SO THAT WE CAN REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE THAT WE GOT FROM ROCK AUTO DOT COM.

WITH THE NEW ONE INSTALLED JACKIE WILL FILL UP THE RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID SO WE CAN START BLEEDING THE BRAKE SYSTEM.

(TOMMY)>> ALL RIGHT JACKIE, PUMP HER UP.

(MARC)>> JUST LIKE THAT WE HAVE STOPPING POWER.

(TOMMY)>> I KNOW YOU MENTIONED EARLIER THAT YOU KIND OF PARKED THIS OLD CAR BECAUSE THE CARBURETOR WAS GIVING YOU SOME FITS, RIGHT?

(JACKIE)>> YES, IT WAS FLOODING OUT REAL BAD AND IT JUST WASN'T RUNNING RIGHT.

(TOMMY)>> WELL BEFORE WE DIVE INTO THAT LET'S GO AHEAD AND SWAP OUT THE IGNITION COMPONENTS CAUSE THIS CAR BING SITTING AS LONA AS IT HAS IT'S PROBABLY PRETTY CORRODED UP.

(JACKIE)>> OKAY, I'M GAME FOR THAT. I'LL GO GET SOME PARTS.

(TOMMY)>> ALL RIGHT. OH, THIS OLD BLACK SOOT IN HERE IS KIND OF A SIGN OF WEAR, AND YOU CAN ALSO SEE BY THE BUTTON HERE IT'S FLAT. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE KIND OF ROUND. PLUS THERE'S SOME CORROSION IN HERE ON THE CONTACTS. SO WE DEFINITELY NEED TO DO A TUNE UP. WE'RE GONNA BEGIN WITH REPLACING COMPONENTS ON THE DISTRIBUTOR. WE'LL START BY SWAPPING OUT THE ROTOR. THEN REPLACE THE DISTRIBUTOR CAP MOVING THE COIL FROM THE OLD CAP TO THE NEW ONE. AND THEN REINSTALL IT BACK ONTO THE DISTRIBUTOR.

NEXT IS REMOVING THE OLD PLUGS AND WIRES.

THEN REPLACING THEM WITH BRAND NEW ONES. THEN WE WILL REMOVE THE OLD CARBURETOR AND GASKET.

WE'LL ADD A FRESH GASKET AND DROP IN A NEW CARBURETOR AND BOLT IT DOWN.

ALL RIGHT, WE'RE READY TO GO AHEAD AND START ADJUSTING THE CARBURETOR. EVERYTHING'S INSTALLED. MARC IF YOU WOULD GO AHEAD AND CRANK IT UP. NOW WHENEVER WE DO THIS WE'RE GONNA HAVE SET THE IDLE ON THE THING, AND THEN WE'LL LET IT WARM UP FOR A BIT. AND AFTER THAT WE'RE GONNA ADJUST THE AIR/FUEL MIXTURES WITH THESE TWO SCREWS UNDER HERE. NOW ALSO WE'RE GONNA BE USING A VACUUM GAUGE TO HELP ADJUST EVERYTHING, AND WHAT YOU'LL DO IS YOU'LL CRANK IN THAT SCREW AND WATCH YOUR NEEDLE. AS IT STARTS TO DROP, WELL YOU WANT TO STOP AND START BACKING UP. AS SOON AS IT STOPS INCREASING, THAT'S WHERE YOU WANT TO BE.

(MARC)>> WELL NOW THAT TOMMY GOT THE CARBURETOR ALL DIALED IN WE CAN GET SOME WHEELS AND TIRES BACK ON THIS THING, GET IT BACK ON THE GROUND, GIVE JACKIE THE KEYS AND LET HIM TAKE IT FOR A SPIN.

(JACKIE)>> Y'ALL READY TO GO RIDING?

(TOMMY)>> WELL WE HAVE US ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DRIVEWAY RESCUE THANKS TO ROCK AUTO. THE BRAKES ARE WORKING, IT'S RUNNING REAL WELL, AND NOW HIM AND HIS FAMILY CAN GO OUT AND ENJOY THAT OLD CAR.

(JACKIE)>> COME ON LILLY, GET UP HERE. COME ON GIRL!

(TOMMY)>> WE ALL KNOW THAT HEAD GASKET REPAIR CAN BE EXPENSIVE AND A LABOR INTENSIVE REPAIR. BARS LEAK HEAD GASKET FIX COULD BE THE ANSWER YOUR LOOKING FOR. BARS LEAK HEAD GASKET FIX IS A FAST, SAFE, AND EASY SOLUTION TO STOP HEAD GASKET COOLANT LEAKS. THERE'S NO DRAINING OF THE COOLING SYSTEM, AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMOVE THE THERMOSTAT. BARS LEAKS USES AN ANTIFREEZE SEALING LIQUID AND PARTICLES, WHICH PENETRATE THE GAPS AND CRACKS, HARDENING TO PERMANENTLY STOP LEAKS. IT CAN BE USED ON ALL WATER COOLED, GASOLINE, OR DIESEL ENGINES. SO IF YOUR VEHICLE IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS STUFF YOU MAY WANT TO GIVE IT A TRY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT YOU'VE SEEN ON TODAY'S SHOW GO TO POWERNATION TV DOT COM AND CHECK US OUT. SEE Y'ALL LATER.
