What Goes Into Building An Awesome Hot Rod Truck

Pat and Mike over in Engine Power headed up to Massachusetts to the Factory Five Racing Headquarters to help build their first ever hot rod truck build that was at SEMA 2017. After they toured the shop, they got to work.

The bullet for this truck is a blueprint engines 306 cu small block Ford that put out 390 horsepower and 270 lb. ft. torque. They install everything from carpet to fluids before finishing it off with adding the cab. And although this was a high-end SEMA build, Factory Five focuses on the average guy who wants to build. Of course, they get it running to test it out. For the whole build and more info check out FactoryFive.com
