A California man was a good Samaritan to a family that was in need of help. He was at the scene as their vehicle crashed and flipped on its side, and luckily this man jumped into action and broke the glass – freeing the man and two children. When first responders arrived they treated the good Samaritan for a small cut and then helped the family. Weeks later the man received a bill for $150 for a first responders fee for the treatment he received while helping. What do you think, should it be waived?
