The New Wagoneer Will Have Its “Own Look” According To Jeep’s Designer

It’s no surprise SUVs and trucks are taking over the American vehicle market – everyone wants one. And with Jeep sales up 17 percent last year, the automaker is investing billions of dollars in new U.S. production capacity.

A new Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are first in the new lineup and the Head of Design for Jeep, Mark Allen, has the job of deciding what they’ll look like. There will also be a yet to be named 3-row model.

“There’s a lot of growth that’s going to happen in the brand in a short amount of time. We’re excited by it, and we’re working hard.”

Allen talked to Fox and told them The Wagoneers will be full-size trucks based on the Ram 1500 when they go on sale in 2021. ANd while he didn’t have any details on the styling, he did say that “everything will have its own look. I like to do that within the line.”
