A once-forgotten 1924 Ford Model T Roadster is being sold on Craigslist after being discovered in a barn. Yes, this vehicle is a true barn find.

The car was found in Northwest Connecticut in an actual barn where it was sitting for the last 50 years. The Craigslist description notes that this car is all original. Everything from the paint to the upholstery is untouched.

And if you’re thinking it’s rusted out from spending its life in the Northeast, you’re wrong. There is reportedly zero rust or rot on the frame. Not only that, the “car runs good” and has about 30,000 miles if the odometer is accurate, according to the owner.

The asking price is a mere $5,900 which also includes a second set of Hassler shock absorbers.

You would expect the world’s first-ever mass-produced vehicle (especially all original) to be worth a lot. However, being that Ford produced so many and very few were restored, it costs a bit more to bring them back to life. Most if not all replacement need to be custom fabricated.

That being said, a fully restored Model T is going for around $20,000 today so if you have the time, the interest and the money it could be worth the investment.
