Ford’s Rolling Out A New Driving Skills Program To Help Teens

In an effort to reduce the number of teen driving fatalities, Ford is launching its new program Driving Skills For Life. It’s designed to help teen drivers handle their vehicles better.

Almost 3,000 teenagers are involved in a fatal crash each year so in order to try and lower that number, Ford will take the free program to 15 cities throughout the country. The program covers vehicle control, speed management, following distance and other general topics that every driver should know. The states that will be visited in this round of classes reach from Washington to Rhode Island. For a full list of the participating states and more info on the program check out the blog on the website.
