Expansion Of The Country’s Only Construction Equipment Theme Park

If you have that person on your Christmas list that’s impossible to shop for, but they happen to be a gearhead and into anything mechanical, listen up. There’s a construction theme park and it’s the only construction equipment theme park in the country. New Jersey’s Diggerland has added an expansion that includes 5 new attractions and a zip line and is offering different packages and admission options for the holidays.

At the park, you can operate full-size construction equipment, unrestricted, with one-on-one instruction from heavy machinery foremen. Now you can give the gift that keeps on digging, check out more info here.

This week on PowerNation Katie is joined by Detroit Muscle host Tommy Boshers who is on the road at the YearOne Braselton Bash in Braselton, Georgia. He’ll check out the yearly fundraiser for the Hot Rod Children’s Charity including silent auction, poker night, and car show. It’s raised over a half a million dollars over the last 12 years. Plus there’s a new twist in 2017; the Chip Foose Select Edition Car Show.

Plus Katie’s featured ride is a single owner 1971 Pontiac GTO painted in “Bittersweet Orange”. Owner Laurie Benjamin has restored almost every part back to like new. It’s a full block of tech this week, check it out.
