2016 Chevy Camaro spied

A small fleet of 2016 Chevy Camaros were recently spotted on public roads in Michigan by spy photographers from Auto Evolution.

According to their site, the popular muscle car is expected to carry a 6.2-liter V8 in addition to the entry-level V6; however, rumor has it that the 2-liter turbocharged four-cylinder form the 2015 CAdillac ATS may also be included in the lineup.

As far as the chassis and suspension, Auto Evolution reports that the 2016 Chevy Camaro uses a reworked version of the Alpha platform, which will be taken from the 2013 Cadillact ATS. The setup is supposed to be capable of handling RWD and AWD configurations and having a near 50/50 weight distribution, the site says.
