(ANNOUNCER)>> TODAY WE'RE BACK ON OUR 1955 ECOBOOST POWERED F-100. WE'RE GETTING OUR CAB STRAIGHTENED OUT AND READY FOR PAINT. THEN WE'RE ADDING ELECTRIC POWER STEERING. WE'LL CHECK OUT THE F-100 NATIONALS. AND FINALLY WE'RE GETTING OUR FUEL TANK MOUNTED IN THE CHASSIS.

IT'S ALL TODAY HERE ON TRUCK TECH.

(JEREMY)>> HEY GUYS, WELCOME TO TRUCK TECH. NOW THE LAST TIME YOU SAW OUR '55 F-100 CAB WELL IT SURE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THIS. WE TOOK IT OVER TO OUR BUDDIES AT BLAST FROM THE PAST IN LEBANON, TENNESSEE, AND HAD THEM SAND BLAST IT FOR US. AND THERE'S A FEW REASONS WHY WE DID THIS. ONE BEING WE WANT A SUPER NICE SHOW TRUCK. THE SECOND BEING IT'S MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE TO START AT BARE METAL. THAT WAY I KNOW WHAT I'VE GOT. AND THE THIRD BEING WE'VE GOT NEW SHEET METAL ALL OVER THIS TRUCK. SO WHY TAKE THE CHANCE OF GOING OVER SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK ON THIS CAB, AND IT'S A GOOD THING WE HAD IT BLASTED.

NOW THE FIRST THING WE'RE GONNA ADDRESS ON OUR CAB IS THIS FACTORY SEAM, AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE THEY ATTEMPTED TO SHAVE IT BY JUST RUNNING A FEW TACK WELDS DOWN THROUGH THERE AND THEN FILLER WORKING OVER IT. BUT IN MY OPINION THAT'S NOT REALLY A LIFETIME REPAIR. SOMETIME DOWN THE ROAD THAT WOULD PROBABLY BUST ON US. SO WE'RE GONNA GO BACK IN, WELD IT UP SOLID, AND GET IT ALL METAL FINISHED, AND THAT ADDRESSES ONE PROBLEM. NOW AS YOU GUYS KNOW, WHEN WE PICKED THIS TRUCK UP IT ALREADY HAD A CHOP.

AND ONCE WE HAD IT BLASTED WE SAW IT HAD SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THE FRONT OF THE CAB. THERE ARE JUST NOT ENOUGH WELDS THERE. IT WOULDN'T TAKE LONG AT ALL FOR IT TO BUST ON US.

AND PLUS IT'S SO WAVY IT'LL GET YOU SEA SICK. NOW OUR LAST BIG PROBLEM WE NEED TO ADDRESS IS WHERE THEY SHAVED THIS FACTORY VENT ON THE CAB. NOW EVEN THOUGH THEY WELDED IT SOLID, THEY

DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO WORK THE METAL OUT STRAIGHT BEFORE THEY WELDED IT IN. SO I'M GONNA GO BACK IN, DO A LITTLE HAMMER AND DOLLY WORK BEFORE I DO MY FILLER WORK. BUT FIRST I'M GONNA HOP UP ON THE ROOF AND START WELDING. NOW STEP ONE IS GOING TO BE RUNNING A WIRE WHEEL OVER THIS FACTORY SEAM. THAT WAY WE CAN GET OUT ANY LOOSE FILLER THAT MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT BEHIND AND WE GET A GOOD, CLEAN WELD. AND A SCREW DRIVER OR A SHARP PICK CAN HELP TO CLEAN UP THE EDGES. AND LIKE WE'VE ALWAYS SAID, BE SURE TO JUMP AROUND WHILE TACK WELDING. IT IS VERY EASY TO WARP THIS THIN SHEET METAL. YOU DON'T WANT TO PUT TOO MUCH HEAT IN ONE LOCATION. NOW WITH THE FRONT OF THE ROOF ALL WELDED UP I CAN

TURN MY ATTENTION TO THE DRIP RAILS, WHICH ARE JUST A PIECE OF ROUND STOCK. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY'RE GONNA NEED A LOT OF WORK AND A LOT OF TIME. NOW AFTER ABOUT 10 HOURS OF WELDING AND GRINDING, I FINALLY GOT THE FRONT SEAM OF THIS CAB ALL METAL FINISHED OUT, ALONG WITH REFORMING THESE DRIP RAILS.

THEY HAD A BIG VALLEY IN HERE THAT THEY HAD JUST HAD BUILT UP WITH FILLER. I WENT BACK IN, DID SOME METAL WORK, AND NOW WE ONLY NEED A SKIM COAT. AND NOW I CAN MOVE ON TO SOME OF THIS OTHER DEFORMED SHEET METAL, AND THE AREA I'M GONNA START WITH IS THIS PANEL HERE. NOW I WAS GONNA COME IN AND DO A LITTLE HAMMER AND DOLLY WORK BUT THERE'S A BRACE INSIDE THE CAB THAT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO GET MY HAMMER IN THERE. SO I'M GONNA TAKE THIS MATCO STUD GUN AND WORK OUT SOME OF THIS BAD SHEET METAL.

AND JUST LIKE THE NAME IMPLIES, IT WELDS A DRAW PIN TO THE SHEET METAL, ALLOWING YOU TO USE THE SLIDE HAMMER TO PULL THE METAL OUT TOWARDS YOU.

AND THE GREAT THING ABOUT THIS IS YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRILL ANY HOLES IN YOUR PANEL JUST TO TRY TO WORK THE BAD METAL OUT.

AND WHAT I LIKE TO DO IS USE A BODY HAMMER TO WORK THE METAL TOWARDS THE DRAW PIN WHILE HOLDING SLIGHT PRESSURE ON THE PULLER. AND WHAT THIS DOES IS WORKS DOWN THE CROWN OF THE DENT. SO THE METAL RETURNS TO ITS ORIGINAL SHAPE MORE EASILY.

NOW IF YOU BREAK A PIN OFF DON'T STRESS. [ bleep ] ONCE YOU'VE GOT THE SHEET METAL WHERE YOU WANT IT THEY'RE GONNA GET CUT OFF AND GROUND DOWN ANY WAY.

[ grinder spinning ]

(JEREMY)>> NOW BEFORE I CONTINUE, I'M GONNA USE A TOE DOLLY AND KNOCK DOWN SOME OF THESE HIGH SPOTS BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THE SLIDE HAMMER ONLY PULLS THE METAL UP. [ hammer tapping ]

(JEREMY)>> NOW WITH THE HIGH SPOTS KNOCKED DOWN I CAN GO BACK TO USING THE STUD GUN, AND JUST LIKE THE ROOF, THIS IS A MULTISTEP PROCESS, WORKING SMALL AREAS AT A TIME UNTIL YOU GET THE METAL WHERE YOU WANT IT.

[ grinder spinning ] [ hammer tapping ]

(JEREMY)>> NOW I'M HAPPY WITH THE WAY THIS PANEL HAS SHAPED UP. SO I'M GONNA KNOCK DOWN SOME OF THESE OLD WELDS AND SEE IF THERE'S ANY IMPERFECTIONS I MAY NEED TO FILL IN. NOW IT'S BACK TO TACK WELDING AND GRINDING TO FILL IN ANY THING THAT I SEE. NOW THE REFLECTION OF THESE GRINDING MARKS CAN MAKE THIS LOOK A LITTLE ROUGH BUT IT'S GOOD AND FLAT NOW AND READY FOR JUST A SKIM COAT OF FILLER. MY FIRST STAGE OF FILLER IS CALLED METAL TO METAL. I BASICALLY USE THIS OVER ANY AREA THAT I'VE WELDED AND THAT'S JUST IN CASE I'VE MISSED A PIN HOLE. NOW THIS STUFF IS TOUGHER THAN YOUR TYPICAL PLASTIC FILLER BECAUSE IT'S ALUMINUM BASED. SO I'M NOT USING IT TO LEVEL ANYTHING OUT. I LIKE TO USE IT JUST IN CASE OF THOSE HARD TO SEE PIN HOLES. AND ONCE MY FIRST COAT OF FILLER STARTS TO TACK UP, I'LL HIT IT WITH A LONG BLOCK WITH 36 GRIT BECAUSE IT CUTS IT DOWN FAST. NOW I HAVE A PERSONAL RULE THAT I LIKE TO TRY TO FOLLOW, AND THAT'S USING ONLY TWO APPLICATIONS OF PLASTIC FILLER. AND THE REASON FOR THIS IS TO CUT DOWN ON TIME AND LABOR. YOU CAN WIPE YOUR FIRST COAT PRETTY THICK BECAUSE YOU'RE GONNA SAND MOST OF IT OFF IN THE FLOOR ANYWAY. THEN COME BACK WITH A SKIM COAT AND SHE'LL PROBABLY BLOCK OUT RIGHT WHERE YOU WANT IT.

NOW AFTER BLOCKING MY SECOND COAT OF FILLER WITH 36, 80, AND 180 GRIT SAND PAPER IT'S READY FOR PPG'S K-38 HIGH BUILD PRIMER. NOW OUR PANEL WILL GET THREE APPLICATIONS OF PRIMER WITH ABOUT A 15 MINUTE FLASH TIME, AND I'M USING A ONEEIGHT TIP WITH ABOUT 35 PSI AT THE INLET OF THE GUN. WELL THERE YOU GO. THAT'S WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THIS INTO PRIMER,

AND WELL I'VE GOT ABOUT 90 PERCENT OF THIS CAB LEFT TO DO. BUT FIRST LET'S SEE IF WE CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT WE WANT TO DO WITH OUR STEERING.

(ANNOUNCER)>> AFTER THE BREAK WE'LL INSTALL ELECTRIC POWER STEERING IN OUR CLASSIC TRUCK, AND LATER IT'S A LOT OF CLASSICS! WE'RE GOING TO THE F-100 NATIONALS, STAY TUNED!

(LT)>> NOW YOU'LL REMEMBER ON OUR '55 F-100 PROJECT WHEN RYAN MOCKED UP THE STEERING AND SUSPENSION HE INSTALLED A POWER RACK AND PINION. NOW WHILE THESE ECOBOOST ENGINES ARE GREAT THE F-150'S THAT THEY COME IN DON'T HAVE PROVISIONS FOR A CONVENTIONAL HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING PUMP. NOW RATHER THAN GOING THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF INSTALLING ONE WE'RE GONNA TURN TO THE AFTERMARKET AND USE A TECHNOLOGY THAT'S RELATIVELY NEW TO SOLVE THAT PROBLEM. NOW WE CALLED UP OUR FRIENDS AT SUMMIT RACING AND THEY SENT US THIS UNISTEER ELECTRIC STEERING COLUMN.

NOW WHILE MOST CARS RELY ON AN ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE THIS ONE HAS AN ELECTRIC MOTOR BUILT INTO THE STEERING COLUMN

THAT'LL HELP MAKE TURNING THOSE FRONT WHEELS THAT MUCH EASIER. IT COMES WITH A STEERING COLUMN WITH A MOTOR, ALL THE SHAFTS AND JOINTS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE CONNECTION TO YOUR STEERING RACK OR BOX. IT ALSO COMES WITH A WIRING HARNESS AND A CONTROL MODULE, WHICH RUNS THE SHOW. NOW THIS UNISTEER SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO WORK WITH

EITHER A MANUAL RACK AND PINION OR A MANUAL STEERING BOX. JW ROD GARAGE, WHO PROVIDED US WITH THE CHASSIS AND THE ORIGINAL POWER STEERING RACK, WERE NICE ENOUGH TO SEND US THIS REPLACEMENT MANUAL STEERING RACK SO WE COULD BEGIN OUR INSTALLATION. NOW BECAUSE OUR ALIGNMENT WAS PREVIOUSLY ROUGHED IN I'M ABLE TO DUPLICATE THAT BY MEASURING THE DISTANCE OF THE JAM NUT TO THE END OF THE TIE ROD AND TRANSFERRING THAT OVER TO OUR NEW RACK AND PINION. THAT SHOULD GET US PRETTY DARN CLOSE. BEFORE WE INSTALL THE NEW RACK AND PINION IT'S A PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD JOB TO SWAP THE BUSHINGS FROM ONE TO THE OTHER.

NOW THIS IS STILL A MOCK UP. THE CHASSIS' GONNA GET BLOWN APART FOR PAINT

LATER BUT YOU CAN BE SURE WE WON'T FORGET THE COTTER PIN WHEN IT'S PERMANENTLY INSTALLED. WITH THE CAB BACK ON THE CHASSIS WE CAN START WORKING ON OUR ELECTRIC STEERING COLUMN. NOW LUCKILY THERE WERE TWO HOLES IN THE DASH BOARD THAT LINED UP PERFECTLY WITH THIS NEW COLUMN DROP. A PAIR OF VICE GRIPS WILL TEMPORARILY LOCATE THE LOWER PART OF THE STEERING SHAFT. A LITTLE MASKING TAPE WILL PROTECT THE CHROME ON THE

STEERING COLUMN AS I CLAMP IT INTO PLACE.

WITH THE LOWER STEERING SHAFT CUT TO THE RIGHT LENGTH AND THE UJOINTS INSTALLED, I'M ABLE TO FIND THE RIGHT LENGTH TO CUT THE UPPER PART OF THE STEERING SHAFT.

OUR DAKE COLD SAW MAKES QUICK WORK OF THE JOB, BUT A HACK SAW OR A CUT OFF WHEEL WOULD ALSO SUFFICE. NOW OUR PARTICULAR STYLE OF UJOINT REQUIRES A NOTCH CUT IN THE SHAFT TO ALLOW THE BOLT TO CLAMP IT IN PLACE. NOW I'M USING A CUT OFF WHEEL AND A DIE GRINDER TO GET THE JOB DONE.

NOW THE UPPER STEERING SHAFT IS MOUNTED TO THE COLUMN WITH A SIMPLE SET SCREW. MUCH LIKE A DRIVESHAFT, THE GOAL WITH A STEERING SHAFT IS TO KEEP IT AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE. BY USING AS FEW UJOINTS AS YOU CAN YOU'LL MINIMIZE YOUR CHANCES OF ANY BINDING IN THE STEERING.

WITH THE STEERING COLUMN OUT OF THE TRUCK WE CAN NOW INSTALL THE LOWER PART OF THE SLEEVE. NOW THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE THERE'S A BEARING IN THE END WHICH SUPPORTS THE LOWER HALF OF THE STEERING SHAFT.

NOW THIS METAL PLATE IS GONNA COVER UP THE GIANT HOLE IN THE FLOOR.

IT'S ALSO GONNA PROVIDE A POINT TO MOUNT THE LOWER PART OF THE STEERING COLUMN TO.

NOW I HAVEN'T DRILLED THE HOLES IN THE FLOOR PLATE JUST YET. THIS WILL ALLOW ME ANY LITTLE LAST MINUTE ADJUSTMENTS IF I NEED ANY. I'VE ALSO INSTALLED THE LOWER COLUMN MOUNT, WHICH WILL SLIDE DOWN AND ATTACH TO THE FLOOR PLATE, WHICH WE JUST CREATED. NOT A BAD LOOKING SETUP.

(ANNOUNCER)>> WHEN WE COME BACK WE'RE HEADING TO THE F-100 NATIONALS, STICK AROUND!

(JEREMY)>> HEY GUYS WELCOME BACK TO TRUCK TECH AND THE 37TH ANNUAL F-100 SUPER NATIONALS.

WE'VE GOT A LOT OF COOL STUFF TO CHECK OUT.

DESPITE ITS NAME, THIS ANNUAL HAPPENING CELEBRATES ALL FSERIES FORDS, A BRAND THAT'S BEEN AROUND CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1948. IT ALL STARTED WHEN A HANDFUL OF FORD GUYS

GATHERED FOR A SHOW IN 1978. THAT LITTLE MEETING GREW IN TO A GIANT YEARLY

GATHERING OF AROUND 1,000 FSERIES FANS.

(CHARLIE)>> YOU'LL NEVER SEE THIS MANY FORD TRUCKS IN ANY PLACE AT ONE TIME IN THE UNITED STATES. THIS IS THE LARGEST SHOW IN THE UNITED STATES FOR THE F-100 TRUCKS. IT'S ALWAYS JUST BEEN THIS LITTLE F-100 FAMILY NICHE, AND IT'S BEEN LIKE THAT AND STILL GOING STRONG.

(JOE)>> CHARLIE COBBLE IS RING LEADER OF THE NATIONALS WHERE YOU CAN SHOW OFF YOUR FINISHED

TRUCK PROJECT OR FIND THE PART YOU NEED FOR ONE THAT'S IN THE WORKS.

(CHARLIE)>> WE'RE LOOKING AT 70 VENDORS THAT SELL NEW PARTS AND OVER 100 SWAP MEET VENDORS THAT ARE IN HERE SELLING ALL THEIR USED PARTS AND PARTS THAT YOU CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. EVERYBODY COMES TO THIS SHOW BECAUSE THEY KNOW

THEY CAN FIND IT HERE.

(JEREMY)>> THE F-150 MAY BE KING OF THE SERIES BUT COLLECTORS AND BUILDERS ARE ATTRACTED TO SECOND AND THIRD GENERATION TRUCKS. IN FACT TOBY SPARKS BROUGHT THREE, INCLUDING THIS RED BEAUTY THAT WON TRUCK OF THE YEAR HONORS.

(TOBY)>> IT'S A '54 F-100, 351 WINDSOR WITH A 671 BLOWER. IT'S ON AIR RIDE, I MEAN IT'S ALL BRAND NEW TRUCK

FROM FRONT TO BACK. PROBABLY MY FAVORITE IS THE BLUE '56. IT'S FUEL INJECTED, IT'S ALL BRAND NEW, ALL UPDATED AND EVERYTHING.

YOU CAN GET IN THAT TRUCK AND DRIVE IT TO CALIFORNIA.

(JOE)>> NOW WHILE JEREMY TAKES IN ALL THAT SHINY EYE CANDY I'M GONNA DO SOME EXPLORING HERE AT THE SWAP MEET. NOW HERE'S IS ONE MIGHTY FINE FONE HOOD, AND THEY EVEN HAVE THE HINGES FOR IT.

( )>> A LITTLE OUT OF LINE.

(JOE)>> THE SWAP MEET HAS ACRES OF REUSABLE PARTS AND PIECES, AND AMONG THE SHOPPERS THERE ARE PLENTY OF TREASURE HUNTING SUCCESS STORIES. A POPULAR ATTRACTION OF THE FESTIVAL IS THE SPECIAL VEHICLES UNVEILING.

(CHARLIE)>> IF YOU VEHICLE IS FINISHED AND NEVER BEEN, UNSEEN, UNSHOWN AT ANY SHOW, WE WILL WELCOME

YOU TO AN UNVEILING. THIS YEAR WE HAVE SIX. SOME OF THEM WERE FINISHED THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY.

(JEREMY)>> ALL OF THESE SHOW TRUCKS REPRESENT COUNTLESS HOURS OF WORK AND LOTS OF CASH. HOW MUCH MONEY? WELL THAT DEPENDS ON WHOM YOU ASK.

(CHARLIE)>> THERE IS AN OLD SAYING. IF I DIE AND MY WIFE SELLS THE TRUCK I HOPE SHE DOESN'T SELL IT FOR WHAT I TOLD HER I HAD IN IT. SOMEBODY'S GONNA GET A REAL DEAL!

(JOE)>> WHETHER THEY COME TO FIND A DEAL, SHOW OFF THEIR LATEST HANDIWORK, OR JUST LOOK, THE SUPER NATIONALS IS A TRIBUTE TO AN ICONIC AMERICAN TRUCK SERIES. CHANCES ARE YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO BE A FORD GUY TO LIKE IT.

(CHARLIE)>> IF YOU LIKE FORDS, LOVE FORD, IF YOU HATE FORDS COME AND LOOK.

YOU'LL ENJOY THEM I GUARANTEE IT.

(LT)>> NOW FOR THE FUEL SYSTEM ON OUR '55 F-100 PROJECT WE CALLED UP OUR BUDDIES AT RICK'S TANKS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT US. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL 18 GALLON STAINLESS STEEL TANK THAT'S FULLY BAFFLED JUST LIKE AN OE TANK WOULD BE. SO YOU WON'T STARVE THAT FUEL PUMP UNDER HARSH ACCELERATION CORNERING OR BRAKING CONDITIONS. NOW BECAUSE WE HAVE A JW ROD GARAGE CHASSIS ON THIS PROJECT, WE ASKED RICK NOT TO WELD ON THESE MOUNTING STRAPS. BUT FOR YOU GUYS AT HOME HE'LL SEND YOU ONE THAT IS FULLY READY TO BOLT INTO YOUR PROJECT. ONE OF THE COOL THINGS ABOUT THIS WHOLE SYSTEM IS THE FACT THAT THE FUEL PUMP IS MOUNTED INSIDE THE TANK FOR QUIET OPERATION.

IT'S ALSO RETAINED BY THIS FACTORY STYLE LOCK RING SIMILAR TO WHAT YOU'D FIND ON A NEWER MUSCLE CAR. NOW AT THE HEART OF EVERY FUEL SYSTEM IS ITS PUMP. NOW TO FEED OUR ECOBOOST WE OPTED FOR THIS SINGLE 255 LITER PER HOUR FUEL PUMP. BUT IF YOU HAVE GREATER FUEL DEMANDS THAN THAT YOU CAN EASILY ADD A SECOND FUEL PUMP TO THIS SYSTEM. NOW ON TOP OF THE FUEL HAT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT TWO FEED PORTS AS WELL AS THE RETURN. THEY'VE ALSO INCLUDED WIRING LUGS SO WE CAN SEND VOLTAGE TO BOTH PUMPS IF WE CHOOSE.

NOW TO BEGIN OUR INSTALLATION WE'RE GONNA BLOCK THE TANK INTO PLACE AND WE CAN SEE EXACTLY WHERE WE NEED TO WELD THESE TWO STRAPS TO OUR TANK. WITH THE TANK MOUNTED IN ITS FINAL POSITION FOR MOCK UP WE CAN SEE THAT THE MOUNTING STRAPS ARE FLAT YET THE FRAME RAIL IS NOT. I'M GONNA MAKE A MARK WHERE THE GAP IS THE

GREATEST SO WE CAN MAKE A RELIEF CUT. BY BENDING OPEN THE GAP WE MADE WITH A RELIEF CUT WE CAN NOW CLOSE THE GAP ON THE FRAME RAIL. WE DRILLED A HOLE IN THE FUEL TANK MOUNTING STRAP

TO ALLOW THE BED BOLTS TO PASS THROUGH JUST BEFORE WE TACK WELDED IT TO THE TANK. FINAL WELDING IS MUCH SIMPLER WITH THE TANK ON THE GROUND INSTEAD OF IN THE FRAME.

BY ONCE AGAIN CLAMPING THE FUEL TANK INTO POSITION AND DRILLING THROUGH BOTH LAYERS OF STEEL AT THE SAME TIME WE CAN INSURE THAT THE FUEL TANK MOUNTING HOLES WILL BE LINED UP PERFECTLY. BECAUSE WE'RE USING NUTSERTS TO MOUNT THE TANK, WE NEED TO ENLARGE THE HOLES ON THE FRAME SIDE.

AFTER THAT THEY'RE PRETTY SLICK TO INSTALL.

NOW RICK DESIGNS HIS TANKS TO BE USED WITH TWO ORINGS. NOW IT'S A GOOD IDEA ANY TIME YOU INSTALL AN ORING OR ANY KIND OF SEALING RING TO USE WD 40 TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING INSTALLATION. NOT ONLY DOES RICK'S OE STYLE RETAINING RING PROVIDE A GREAT SEAL, IT'S ALSO QUICK AND EASY TO INSTALL. AND THAT'S THAT, READY TO HAVE SOME FUEL.

(JEREMY)>> THESE ARE DEEZEE'S NXT RUNNING BOARDS. THEY'RE A UNIVERSAL DESIGN THAT WILL FIT ALMOST ANY PICK UP USING THEIR CUSTOM FIT BRACKETS. THEY'RE CONSTRUCTED OF ALUMINUM. SO THEY'RE LIGHT WEIGHT YET DURABLE, AND YOU CAN PICK THEM UP IN A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT FINISHES, THIS BLACK POWDER COAT OR STAINLESS.

THEY ALSO HAVE THESE RAISED RUBBER GROMMETS SO YOU GET GOOD GRIP, AND THAT CAN COME IN REALLY HANDY IF YOU FIND YOURSELF OUT ON A MUDDY JOB SIT OR ON THE TRAIL FOR THE WEEKEND. SO IF YOU'VE GOT A WORK TRUCK OR A LIFTED TRUCK THAT'S IN NEED OF SOME RUNNING BOARDS, CHECK OUT DEEZEE DOT COM.

(LT)>> IF YOU'VE GOT A LIFTED 2007 TO 2015 JEEP JK WRANGLER THEN YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK OUT THIS ADVANCED GEOMETRY UPGRADE KIT FROM JKS SUSPENSION.

THESE BRACKETS WILL LOWER THE CONTROL ARMS DOWN TO OPERATE IN A RANGE THAT THE FACTORY INTENDED THEM TO. THIS NEW DRAG LINK AND RELOCATION BRACKET WILL HELP FLATTEN OUT YOUR STEERING ANGLES AND PREVENT BUMP STEER. LAST BUT NOT LEAST THESE EXTENSIONS WILL ALLOW THE

BUMP STOPS TO OPERATE IN THEIR FACTORY LOCATION. NOW FOR MORE INFORMATION YOU CAN CHECK OUT JKS MANUFACTURING ON THE WEB.

(JEREMY)>> THIS IS CLASSIC PARTS OF AMERICA CHROME VENT WINDOW ASSEMBLY THAT WILL FIT A '67 THROUGH '72 CHEVY OR GMC TRUCK. NOW ORIGINAL ONES CAN BE A PAIN TO DISASSEMBLE AND RESTORE. THE GREAT THING ABOUT THESE IS THEY COME READY TO GO RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. NEW TINTED GLASS, WEATHER STRIPPING, AND WINDOW FELT AND WILL SAVE YOU A TON OF TIME. SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A VENT WINDOW ASSEMBLY,

CHECK OUT CLASSIC PARTS OF AMERICA.

GUYS THANKS FOR WATCHING TRUCK TECH, SEE YOU NEXT TIME.
